- Guidance on how to prepare a portfolio of evidence (PoE)
- Preparation of PoE
- Assessment of PoE based on Authenticity, Sufficiency, Validity, and Currency
- Skills-gap training if necessary
- Preparation and referral for final assessment
- Assessment and Certification Reviewing the counsellor's report
- Analyzing the portfolio
- Assessment

- Award of certificate
